the Refugee Integration Team at Lancashire County Council is creating a Refugee VCSE Forum, for the voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise sector. This Forum aims to raise awareness about refugees and asylum seekers in Lancashire and about the role that the VCSE sector can play in refugee integration. The Forum will also share information about a range of issues, including funding opportunities for organisations that wish to work with and support refugees and asylum seekers in Lancashire, and will facilitate engagement between new organisations and refugees who live there. The Forum will support the VCSE sector through newsletters, webinars and advice sessions, among other things. There is no formal membership in the Forum, but if you want to be in our distribution list to receive information about all of the above, and more, please contact Emma Hussain at Emma.Hussain@lancashire.gov.uk, and leave you organisation's details, including email address for contact."
